The day started with a visit to Mt. Herzl, Israel’s national military cemetery, then is was off to Yad Vashem. We then went to the old city’s Jewish Quarter and entered thru the Zion Gate.

Explored the narrow streets and then toured the excavations at the Jerusalem National Archeological Park and the southern wall excavations.
